I will NOT accept requests with deadlines under any circumstances.Turnaround time is usually between 1-3 weeks. I will inform you if there might be a delay.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
I receive payments via PayPal, Arbum (Credit card / PayPal), or KofiFull payment is required upfront after you approve the final sketch. After that I will continue working on your commission.After you have paid, there will be NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION at all cost.Only under certain circumstances or emergency that I am certain I will not be able to complete your commission at all, I will negotiate either a full or partial refund.
WORK PROCESS & EDITING
Sketch
Edits could be done repeatedly without additional fees
Line works & Coloring
Minor edits (such as editing facial features / adding or removing minor details) could be done with $10 fees per time.Major edits (changing the pose or position of larger body parts / editing of fur or hair) could be done with $20 fees per time.Any edits that has to be done due to mistakes on my behalf will be free of charge.
Shading
Once shading / final rendering is finished, the artwork is considered completed and NO EDITS WILL BE ALLOWED at this stage.
